About us
Since 1987, we've been doing essentially the same thing in Rotterdam: preventing fraud, damage and theft. What started with a handful of seals has grown into a complete range, and a whole team that works with it every day. This is us.
Sales & Customer Service
Call Navacqs, and you'll probably get Monique or Perry on the line. They'll help you quickly and happily. Advice, a quick question, a design, an urgent order, they pick it all up with care. Ramona can help you too. She's out in the field, and is just as likely to show up at your door as to pick up the phone.
Warehouse & Logistics
Behind every order is a team making sure the order actually leaves on time. John, Dirk and Yassin keep things running here: managing stock, preparing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and coordinating with sales and customer service. It sounds simple, but that's exactly where the difference lies between "ordered" and "delivered tomorrow." That only works with an eye for detail and initiative.
Finance & Administration
Got a question about an invoice, a payment, or anything financial? Alex and Agata have you covered. They keep the books in order, so the rest of the team can focus on what we do best.
Marketing
From product copy to photography, from the webshop to everything you see from us on LinkedIn. Martin, Julian and John make sure you recognise Navacqs everywhere, and find the right information at the right moment.
Development
Nick and Julian, our own two developers, built our website entirely in-house. For months, they worked on a system that fits exactly how we work, and that can grow with everything we want to add in the future.
Arnoud
And then there's Arnoud. Our managing director figuratively cycles between all these departments. He knows what's going on with every order, every project and every colleague, and is just as easy to find in the warehouse as behind his desk.
