The CargoSecure Dunnage Bags are reliable and versatile air cushions designed to stabilise cargo safely during transport. They are ideal for securing pallets inside containers, trailers and trucks. Each bag is made from a strong woven polypropylene outer layer and an airtight polyethylene inner layer, ensuring durability and a maximum pressure capacity of 0.46 bar. The special valve system allows the bags to be filled and emptied easily and reused two to three times.
Compared to the CargoPlus Dunnage Bags, the CargoSecure range has a slightly lighter construction and is not AAR Level 1 certified. They are perfect for road transport or shipments with lower certification requirements, while CargoPlus is designed for demanding international rail transport.
The CargoSecure bags are strong and reusable, while remaining flexible in ordering. Available from as few as 10 pieces or by the pallet. This makes CargoSecure the ideal choice for companies seeking quality without having to purchase bulk quantities.
The CargoSecure secures pallets in containers, trailers and lorries. It is designed for road transport and shipments without certification requirements. Rail transport in North America calls for an AAR certified dunnage bag, such as the CargoPlus.
With careful handling, a CargoSecure dunnage bag lasts 2 to 3 journeys. Check the bag for damage before each new use. Placing it at least 10 cm above the floor extends its service life.
A dunnage bag 90 cm wide fills gaps of up to 35 cm. A 120 cm wide bag fills gaps of up to 55 cm. The right length depends on the height of the load, with taller or stacked pallets needing a longer bag.
CargoPlus has a thicker outer layer, a stronger inner layer and AAR Level 1 certification. CargoSecure has a lighter construction and no AAR certification. Ordering also differs: CargoSecure is available from 10 pieces, CargoPlus by the full pallet.
