Retaining Straps (Ratchet, 1-Part)

A one piece ratchet strap, also called an endless ratchet strap, is a single continuous strap with a fixed ratchet. It has no hooks and no separate part. The strap goes around the cargo and is pulled tight with the ratchet. Navacqs supplies one piece ratchet straps 25 mm wide with an LC of 800 daN, in lengths of 3 and 5 metres.

LC 800 daN

With an LC of 800 daN, the one piece ratchet strap is intended for light cargo such as boxes, tools, luggage and small machines. It bundles cargo or secures it by looping the strap around the cargo and a fixed point.

25 mm, 3 or 5 metres

The stated length is the total length of the strap. To strap around cargo, it needs to be longer than the cargo’s circumference. The narrow strap and short lengths make it easy to store in a van or trailer.

One piece or two piece?

A one piece ratchet strap has no hooks and no loose part that can go missing. That suits bundling and varied use. To secure cargo to anchor points on a load bed, a two piece ratchet strap is needed.

Custom printed

Also available in other lengths or colours, and printed with a company name or logo. In a shared warehouse, this shows at a glance which straps belong to which company.
