Shipping Methods
We offer a wide range of shipping options for your goods. If you order on business days before 4 PM, your goods will be handed over for shipping that same day. You can also choose your preferred delivery day yourself at checkout in our webshop. Of course, it's also possible to pick up your products from us in Rotterdam. Navacqs offers the following shipping methods:
UPS – Our reliable partner for parcel shipping for many years. Every parcel comes with a unique tracking number, so your shipment can be tracked precisely. If you're not present at the time of delivery, the UPS driver will offer it again the next business day.
Transmission – For larger shipments on a Euro pallet (80 x 120 cm) or half pallet (80 x 60 cm), Navacqs works with the reliable and well-established carrier Transmission. These shipments also come with a unique Track & Trace code, so your order can be tracked at any time.
Pickup – Of course, you're welcome to pick up your goods from us. You can collect your order from our location in Rotterdam, Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Your order will be ready for pickup within moments.
Shipping Costs
Navacqs charges no shipping costs on orders with a minimum order value of €75.00 excl. VAT or higher. If your order value is below €75.00 excl. VAT, shipping costs are just €7.95 with UPS for deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For shipping costs on orders to other European countries, please see the International Shipping Costs table below.
If you come to pick up your order in Rotterdam, we naturally charge no shipping costs.
Not home at the time of delivery? UPS will take the parcel to the nearest pickup point, where it will wait for you for 7 days. We recommend collecting your parcel promptly, to avoid the shipment being returned to Navacqs. If a second shipment is needed after a return, shipping costs may be charged again.
