Ordered on business days before 4 PM, delivered the next business day!
One of the benefits of Navacqs is that when you order on business days before 4 PM, we have your order delivered the very next business day. Every item in the webshop is in stock and can therefore be shipped immediately. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are delivered the following Tuesday. You can also select your own date if you'd like to receive your order at a different time than "as soon as possible." The option to choose a different delivery date is available at checkout in the Navacqs webshop.
Free shipping from €75 excl. VAT!
Thanks to our close partnerships with renowned carriers such as UPS and Transmission, we offer free shipping on orders of €75 or more, excluding VAT. Every shipment naturally comes with a unique Track & Trace code, so you can follow your order at any time. It's also possible to see when and by whom the order was received. That way, nothing is left to chance, and you experience one of the many benefits of Navacqs.
You also benefit from fast, reliable delivery through these partners. If you order on business days before 4 PM, your order is delivered the very next business day to your specified delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium and western Germany. Outside this region, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
Buying on Account
In the webshop, (prospective) Navacqs customers can — under certain conditions — buy on account, with a payment term of 30 days after receiving the invoice.

Select "On Account" at checkout in the webshop
When checking out in the webshop, "On Account" is available as a payment method. After entering your details and selecting this payment method, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. A credit check is part of our procedure.
If we're unable to deliver on account, we will always contact you. In that case, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution so the ordered products can still be delivered. If you have any questions about this procedure, please feel free to contact us.
You'll receive the invoice after delivery
One business day after delivery, you'll receive the invoice by email with a 30-day payment term. You have the option to include your own reference or purchase order number when completing your order via the Navacqs webshop. This reference will be included on the packing slip and the invoice.
For institutions (schools, police, fire departments, correctional facilities, etc.) and municipalities, Navacqs will contact you to verify your details after ordering in the webshop.

Free Samples Delivered to You!
For a large part of the Navacqs range, you can request a number of samples completely free of charge and with no obligation. This lets you thoroughly test the product first and determine whether it's suitable for your specific application. One of the benefits of Navacqs is that we hold large stock, which means we're able to get samples to you quickly.
Every product for which a sample can be requested has a button available. When you click the button, you can enter your details and submit your request. Once we receive your request, Navacqs makes sure the samples are shipped right away. If you let us know what application the product needs to suit, we can add any relevant alternatives to your sample package to help you reach the right solution.
