The padlocks from Navacqs combine long lasting quality with exceptional security. Made from materials such as hardened steel and boron steel, the locks are resistant to tough conditions, wear and corrosion. Their high breaking strength is confirmed by CEN classifications ranging from class 3 to class 5. Each lock is supplied as standard with two keys and a key certificate, allowing easy reordering or the production of keyed alike locks.
Navacqs offers high quality padlocks suitable for long term use in a wide range of environments. Thanks to corrosion resistant materials and a well considered design, the locks perform reliably even under harsh weather conditions. The Abloy lock cylinders contain no springs or other delicate components, ensuring a long service life and high reliability. The key certificate prevents unauthorised duplication, maintaining a secure locking system at all times.
The assortment includes the SBS PL7000 padlock and the Abloy® PL358T Protec² padlock. The SBS PL7000 features a stainless steel housing and a 14 mm thick hardened steel shackle with a double ball locking mechanism. The Abloy® PL358T represents the top tier of the market, with a boron steel shackle, SKG quality mark and a CEN class 5 rating. Both padlocks are supplied with a unique key certificate and can be delivered keyed alike or as part of a master key system upon request.
Padlocks from Navacqs are suitable for a wide range of applications, including transport, logistics, construction sites and containers. With their high breaking strength and robust design, they provide reliable protection for valuable goods. The padlocks are compatible with various Navacqs container locks, including the Cobra Container Lock, and can be easily installed thanks to their standardised dimensions and intuitive locking mechanism.
SKG is a Dutch institute that tests locks for burglary resistance. A lock with the SKG mark has passed an attack test with hand tools. The number of stars indicates how long the lock resists. Insurers in the Netherlands often use the mark as a benchmark.
Extra keys can only be ordered through Navacqs, on presentation of the key card supplied with the lock. Without this card, nobody can have a copy made. Keep the key card separate from the keys, for example at the office.
No. A container lock with a shielded housing is designed for a padlock of specific dimensions. The Cobra Container Lock, for example, is made for the Abloy® PL358T and the SBS PL7000, both with a 14 mm shackle. Another padlock may not fit, or may leave too much room for tools.
