Prevent fraud, damage & theft!

We've been ordering from Navacqs for about 2 years now. Delivery is incredibly fast and accurate. And then there's the personal touch, always a notepad with a personal message. Keep it up.

I urgently needed a trailer lock for the next day and found Navacqs through Google. I gave them a call and Perry from Navacqs asked me to email some photos of where the lock had to go, and said he'd look into it for me. Within the hour I had a reply with options for a good lock! Luckily they had it in stock as well, so we could pick it up straight away and drive our route safely!

Fast service, parcel shipped the same day and delivered the next day. Products were neatly packed with a small gift. Unfortunately had to return something, through no fault of Navacqs. Still handled perfectly, got a return label within fifteen minutes and the parcel was collected by UPS. Spot on!!

They really thought along with me because I was ordering as a business. Very neat and unexpected. The packaging was very tidy, I only ordered safe seals but it was packed as if there was a vase inside. Love that. The courier actually turned up the next day too, which means it was packed and shipped quickly. Nothing but praise. And the seals were spot on too. Got some notepads and pens with it as well, very thoughtful. And appreciated.

Where a lot of companies want you to order through their website, Navacqs doesn't make a fuss if you do it by phone. So after placing my order over the phone, I had the goods delivered the very next day. Great (fast) service.
