Round slings

Round slings from Navacqs provide a reliable solution for lifting operations safely and efficiently. Each sling is made from a continuous core of high-strength polyester fibers, encased in a protective woven sleeve. Every sling is color-coded according to the European standard EN 1492-2, allowing users to instantly identify the correct working load limit. Thanks to their flexibility and strength, round slings are suitable for a wide range of lifting tasks, from light-duty to heavy industrial applications. All slings are available in standard lengths and can also be custom made to order.

Purple Round Sling 1 Ton

The purple round sling is ideal for light lifting work, such as moving small tools, household equipment or compact machines. The sling consists of a continuous loop of 100 percent polyester fiber protected by a durable woven sleeve. The color-coded design clearly indicates its working load limit of 1 ton. Resistant to temperatures from minus 50 to plus 210 degrees Celsius, this sling meets the EN 1492-2 standard. Available in lengths from 0.5 to 10 meters, each sling comes with a clear identification label for safety and traceability.

Orange Round Sling 10 Ton

The orange round sling is designed for extremely heavy lifting tasks up to 10 tons. Suitable for industrial machines, structural components and large vehicles, it features a closed-loop polyester core protected by a tough outer sleeve. The color coding makes it easy to select the correct capacity at a glance. Fully compliant with EN 1492-2 and resistant to extreme temperatures, this sling is available in lengths from 1 to 10 meters. A certificate of conformity is available upon request.

Round Sling Color Coding

Each color represents a specific working load capacity, ensuring fast and accurate identification on-site. Violet stands for 1,000 kg, green for 2,000 kg, yellow for 3,000 kg and orange for 10,000 kg. The width and diameter of the sling increase with capacity, providing additional safety and load stability for heavier applications.
