Padlock Seals
About Padlock Seals
A padlock seal is a type of security seal shaped like a padlock. It can be applied with one hand, clicks securely into place, and in many cases can also be broken by hand. The main purpose of these seals is to prevent unauthorized access and to provide clear evidence of tampering. Due to their compact size, they are suitable for use in a wide range of applications, even in tight or hard-to-reach spaces.
Types of Padlock Seals
Navacqs offers padlock seals in various designs, ranging from light-duty breakable versions such as the One Piece Padlock and PL5 Padlock Seal to stronger models like the NSS-530 Padlock Seal with a stainless steel hasp. The right choice depends on the required breaking strength and the intended use. All padlock seals are compact, easy to close, and standardly supplied with a unique printed identification number.
Applications
Padlock seals are widely used for sealing catering and medical equipment, first aid kits, flight cases, and lockers. Their compact size and ease of use make them ideal for situations that require quick inspection or fast access. For applications that demand higher strength, Navacqs also supplies padlock seals with reinforced construction and higher breaking strength.
Breaking Strength
The seals are made from high-quality plastics such as Polypropylene (PP) or Polyoxymethylene (POM), and in some cases combined with stainless steel, as in the NSS-530 model. Seals with lower breaking strength, around 6 kg, can be opened by hand and are suitable for emergency situations. The NSS-530 with stainless steel components requires tools to open and offers maximum resistance to tampering.
Custom Logo or Print
All Navacqs padlock seals can be customized with your company logo, text, or unique barcode. This enhances traceability and helps prevent fraud. Every seal comes with a unique serial number as standard. Custom printing is available from 1,000 pieces, and production begins after approval of the design proof.
