Some applications call for a seal that suits a specific closure or way of working. For these, Navacqs offers Special Seals. Below is an overview of seals for specific applications, with an explanation of how each product is used. Like all Navacqs seals, each one carries a unique number, so every seal can be checked.
For transport boxes, Navacqs supplies Tote Box Seals. They provide indicative sealing of tote boxes and other transport containers. On request, they are available with a company logo, custom text or in a colour of choice.
The Straplock Seal F-7115 is designed for sealing strapping on pallets. It is placed where the straps cross and closed with a dedicated key. The seal fits strapping from 12 to 19 mm wide and carries a unique number and barcode. For intensive use, an electric key is optionally available.
A sealed transport box shows that the contents have not been touched since packing. This matters for medicines, laboratory samples and valuable parts. If something is missing on arrival, an intact seal makes clear that it did not happen in transit. This keeps the chain from packing to receipt traceable.
Strapping is easy to cut and replace with new strapping. Without a seal, this is hard to spot on arrival. A seal on the point where the straps cross makes it visible. The unique number and barcode also link the seal to the right consignment.
