The Straplock Seal F-7115 is a strong and durable security seal designed for polypropylene strapping between 12 and 19 mm wide. This type of strapping is widely used for securing pallets or boxes during transport and storage. The Straplock Seal is applied at the intersection of the strapping bands, preventing the straps from being loosened or removed without detection. For optimal security, the strapping should be properly tensioned before applying the seal.

Each Straplock Seal F-7115 is supplied with a unique imprint and serial number. Both parts of the seal share the same number, ensuring traceability and preventing tampering. The seal can only be closed using the dedicated F-7115 Key, which significantly enhances safety and control.

The Straplock Seal F-7115 is suitable for polypropylene strapping between 12 and 19 mm wide, with a maximum thickness of 0.7 mm. Easy and controlled sealing with red alignment marks

The Straplock Seal consists of two interlocking parts. Red alignment marks on both halves indicate whether the seal has been properly closed. When the marks are aligned, the seal is correctly applied. If they are not, the seal is not fully locked. This visual control feature allows quick verification and helps prevent tampering or improper sealing.

Made from high-quality polystyrene

The F-7115 Straplock Seal is made of strong, durable polystyrene. This material retains its shape and mechanical strength even under stress or varying temperatures, ensuring long-term reliability. The rigid construction prevents accidental breakage and resists environmental effects during storage or transport.

Unique numbering and barcode for full traceability

Each Straplock Seal is marked with a unique serial number and barcode (type 128C). Both components of the seal carry the same number, ensuring they can only be used together. The barcode allows fast and error-free scanning for digital registration. From stock, the seal is supplied with the text “SEALED” and consecutive numbering.

Used with the F-7115 Key

The Straplock Seal F-7115 is closed using the F-7115 Key, which locks the two parts of the seal together with a simple turning motion. The seal cannot be closed or reopened without the correct key, providing maximum tamper resistance and reliability. The key is available separately and designed for long-term professional use.
