Types of Security Tape

Navacqs supplies two main types:

• Security Tape SK-72 – a cost-efficient solution for sealing standard boxes. When removed, the tape reveals the word “OPENED” and leaves a tamper-evident message on the surface. Available directly from stock in red, blue, or brown.

• Label Lock Security Tape – designed for high-security applications. This tape leaves a clear VOID message upon removal and features tear lines every 15 cm, each segment printed with a unique serial number. Every piece of tape therefore functions as an individual security label. The adhesive formulation allows strong bonding even on smooth plastic stretch film, making it ideal for sealing pallets.

Applications

In warehouses and distribution centers, security tape is used to seal boxes containing medical supplies, food, or high-value goods. During cross-docking or international shipments, the Label Lock version helps secure stretch-wrapped pallets so that receivers can instantly verify whether a load has been opened in transit. Both versions remain effective between −30 °C and +70 °C, making them suitable for cold storage, refrigerated transport, and warm warehouse environments.
