Lashing Chain and Tension Lever
A lashing chain with a tension lever secures heavy cargo on ships, pontoons and trailers. The chain is attached to anchor points with hooks and pulled tight with the tension lever. Navacqs supplies the lashing chain with a breaking strength of 20 t and a WLL of 10 t.
Set or separate
The lashing chain and tension lever can be ordered as a complete set or separately, for example to replace just the lever. The chains have a hook at each end and a standard length of 6 metres.
Shipping and RoRo
Lashing chains are widely used in shipping, offshore and roll-on/roll-off transport. There they secure lorries, agricultural machinery and industrial installations on board a ship, or heavy machinery on a trailer.
DNV certification
Both chain and tension lever are certified by DNV. This means they can be used on ships with a DNV class.
