Sealing wire seals meters, cabinets, equipment and fire extinguishers in combination with a seal and sealing pliers. Navacqs supplies three versions, which differ in material and breaking strength. Each wire is available on a spool, and the most widely used wire also comes in cut lengths.

Indoor meters and installations
For meter cabinets, switch cabinets and equipment in dry areas, the Sealing Wire 50/30 is the standard choice. Network operators and installers use this wire to seal gas, electricity and water meters. The wire stays intact in normal use, so a broken seal indicates interference.
Outdoor and damp areas
When a seal stays outdoors or in a damp environment for a long time, galvanised wire will eventually rust. The Stainless Steel Sealing Wire 50/30 has the same thickness and fits the same seals, but does not rust. Its breaking strength is also higher, at 13 kg.
Fire safety
On fire extinguishers and emergency buttons, a seal must break by hand in an emergency. The Sealing Wire 20/20 breaks at 1.7 kg, which makes it the wire for fire safety. It is also thin enough for the small holes in safety pins.
Spool or cut lengths
On a 100 m or 400 m spool, the wire is cut to size for each seal, which is useful when situations vary. For anyone who always uses the same length, the Sealing Wire 50/30 Bundle of 1,000 pieces in 20, 30 or 40 cm is faster. There is no cutting on site.
