Made from high-quality stainless steel type 304L, it is resistant to rust, moisture, and extreme weather conditions. With a high breaking strength of 13 kg, this wire is perfect for applications requiring durability and long-term reliability. The wire is supplied on a 110-meter spool and can be cut to any desired length.

Construction: 0.5 mm core wire with 0.3 mm wrapped strand (50/30)

The 50/30 stainless steel sealing wire consists of two twisted strands — a 0.5 mm core wire and a 0.3 mm outer wire — forming a strong braided structure with a total diameter of 1.1 mm. This construction provides excellent grip inside the seal, ensuring that once the seal is crimped shut with pliers, it cannot be opened or adjusted without visible damage.

Stainless steel with high 13 kg breaking strength

Made from stainless steel grade 304L, the wire offers exceptional corrosion resistance and long service life, even in harsh environments. With a breaking strength of 13 kg, it is significantly stronger than galvanized wire (7 kg), making it ideal for demanding or long-term sealing applications.

Traditional sealing with lead or plastic seals

The wire is designed for use with lead, plastic, or aluminum seals in combination with a sealing plier. Both ends of the wire are inserted through the seal and crimped shut. Once sealed, reopening or reusing the wire is impossible. For outdoor or humid conditions, plastic or aluminum seals are recommended for their corrosion resistance.

Supplied on a 110-meter spool

Each spool contains 110 meters of wire, allowing flexible cutting on-site to the desired length. The compact spool design makes it easy to transport and store in a toolbox.
