We supply glass sample bottles, also known as vials, in three sizes: 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml. These laboratory bottles are suitable for a wide range of samples such as water and other liquids. All bottles are transparent as standard and equipped with a 28 DIN opening, ensuring universal compatibility with screw caps. The bottles are made from Type 3 glass, a widely used glass type with strong chemical resistance.

Supplied with cap

All glass sample bottles are supplied with a white cap as standard. The cap fits securely onto the 28 DIN opening, allowing samples to be stored safely. If desired, bottles can also be ordered without caps or caps can be ordered separately. Please contact us for these options.

Packaging and pallet information

• The 250 ml bottle is packed per 60 pieces. Weight per bottle: 140 grams. Weight per tray: 8.4 kg. A pallet holds 1800 pieces.

• The 500 ml bottle is packed per 35 pieces. Weight per bottle: 233 grams. Weight per tray: 8.1 kg. A pallet holds 1050 pieces.

• The 1000 ml bottle is packed per 20 pieces. Weight per bottle: 450 grams. Weight per tray: 9 kg. A pallet holds 600 pieces.

Each tray is sealed with transparent film. Between the layers we place sturdy cardboard sheets to reduce pressure on the glassware. The bottles are stacked in six layers and then sealed again as a complete unit.

Ordering information and delivery conditions

Due to the fragile nature of glassware, we deliver glass sample bottles only per pallet via courier. Smaller quantities can be collected from our warehouse. This measure has been taken to prevent damage during transport and to ensure the quality of the products.
