Payment Methods
We've listed the Navacqs payment methods here for you. This way you can always pay however you prefer. Our payment processing has been securely handled for years by our trusted partner MultiSafepay. You can select your preferred payment method when completing your order or request.
The following payment methods are available in the Navacqs webshop:
iDEAL – The most widely used payment method within the Netherlands, for both business and private orders. With iDEAL, you complete your payment directly during checkout via your own bank's trusted environment. Once payment is complete, you're automatically returned to our website and your order is finalized.
PayPal – A leading authority in worldwide payment processing. At the end of checkout, you're redirected to the PayPal website.
Credit card – You can enter your Mastercard or VISA details in the extra-secure environment of our partner MultiSafepay. Your card details are never visible to Navacqs staff.
Klarna – Buy now, pay later. Klarna lets you settle your order at a later date, with no interest or extra costs.
Mistercash – This payment method is widely used by customers in Belgium. You can pay in the trusted environment of your own bank.
Advance payment – With advance payment, you'll receive an email with instructions for paying in advance. As soon as Navacqs has received your payment, your goods will be shipped.

Buying on Account
In the webshop, (prospective) Navacqs customers can — under certain conditions — buy on account, with a payment term of 30 days after receiving the invoice.
The conditions are as follows:
It concerns a company, institution* or municipality*.
A credit check is part of our procedure.
Select "On Account" at checkout in the webshop
When checking out in the Navacqs.nl webshop, "On Account" is available as a payment method. After entering your details and selecting this payment method, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. A credit check is part of our procedure.
If we're unable to deliver on account, we will always contact you. In that case, we'll work with you to find a suitable solution so the ordered products can still be delivered. If you have any questions about this procedure, please feel free to contact us.
You'll receive the invoice after delivery
One business day after delivery, you'll receive the invoice by email with a 30-day payment term. You have the option to include your own reference or purchase order number when completing your order via the Navacqs webshop. This reference will be included on the packing slip and the invoice.
*For institutions (schools, police, fire departments, correctional facilities, etc.) and municipalities, Navacqs will contact you to verify your details after ordering in the webshop.
