To make your NZT-1P sealing plier unique, both the upper and lower dies can be engraved. The engraving is pressed into the sealing lead when crimped, creating a unique and traceable impression. You can choose to engrave a short text, number, or logo on the die. The small die (10 mm) allows for a maximum of 5 characters including spaces, while the larger 12 mm die can hold up to 6 characters. It is also possible to engrave a simple logo. The production time for personalized dies is approximately 10–15 working days. Please note: engraved dies are compatible only with the NZT-1P sealing plier and cannot be returned.

Add a unique marking to your NZT-1P Sealing Plier

While sealing leads provide reliable closure, they are not unique by default. Adding a custom engraving to your sealing plier increases authenticity and tamper protection. The NZT-1P plier can be engraved with either text, a logo, or a combination of both. The plier consists of two dies, an upper and a lower die, which press the engraved design into the sealing lead when closed. The engraving is milled in mirror image so that it appears correctly when imprinted in the lead.

Text or logo engraving options

The dies of the NZT-1P can be engraved with letters, numbers, or punctuation marks.

• Small die (10 mm): up to 5 characters including spaces

• Medium die (12 mm): up to 6 characters including spaces

You can enter your desired characters in the comment field during checkout. For logo engraving, a simple vector logo (.EPS or .AI file) can be emailed to us after placing your order. Due to the small surface area, only simplified logos can be used. Our team will always confirm the feasibility before production.

Applications: installer number or company logo

Engraving makes every sealing plier unique and identifiable. Many companies engrave an installer number, company name, or logo. The engraved mark on the seal immediately identifies which technician or organization applied the seal. Certified inspection bodies may also use custom patterns such as a checkerboard design.

Lead time of approximately 10 working days

Each engraving is precision-machined using CNC technology. The process ensures a clear and durable imprint but requires careful production. The average lead time is 10 working days. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Compatible only with the NZT-1P sealing plier

The engraved dies are specifically designed for the NZT-1P model. The dimensions are exact and do not fit other sealing pliers. Engraved dies are custom-made and cannot be returned.

Submitting text or logo

When selecting “Text Lower Die” or “Text Upper Die,” you can enter your desired text in the comment field during checkout (step 2b: Address → Notes). The 10 mm die supports up to 5 characters, and the 12 mm die up to 6 characters. If you order engraving for both dies, clearly indicate which text belongs on which side. For logo engraving (“Logo Lower Die” or “Logo Upper Die”), email your logo after ordering. We will always confirm your artwork and details before production begins.
