Navacqs supplies HDPE sample bottles in two sizes: 500 ml and 1000 ml. These white vials are suitable for a wide range of samples, such as water and other liquids. They are made from chemically inert HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), meaning the material does not react with the contents and provides protection against light. As a result, even light sensitive samples remain safely stored.

Supplied with cap

Both variants are supplied as standard with matching black screw caps (Cap NV51 ZW PE insert EDC). The caps are packed separately in a box, separated from the bottles. If you prefer to order bottles only, caps only or different quantities, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help.

White colour for light protection and sample integrity

The white HDPE bottles protect the contents from UV radiation and make it easier to visually inspect for contamination or colour changes. This is particularly important for sensitive samples that must not degrade when exposed to light.

Wide opening for ease of use

Both bottles feature a DIN 51 opening with a neck diameter of 51 mm. This wide opening makes it easy to add liquids and, together with the screw thread, ensures a safe and leak free seal. Thanks to the standardised DIN specification, the bottles can be used widely in laboratories and industrial environments.

Packaging and dimensions

The 500 ml HDPE sample bottle is supplied per 144 pieces. Weight per bottle: 35 grams. Packaging per box: approx. 5 kg. The 1000 ml HDPE sample bottle is supplied per 84 pieces. Weight per bottle: 60 grams. Packaging per box: approx. 5 kg.

The caps are always supplied in a separate box. This keeps transport organised and prevents damage.
