The TT-84 Security Labels, also known as tamper-evident labels, make any attempt at tampering immediately visible. When the label is lifted or removed, it leaves behind an irreversible warning on the surface with the text “VOID/OPEN”. Thanks to its multilayer design, it is impossible to remove or reapply the label without leaving visible evidence. These Total-Transfer labels are perfect for single-use packaging and provide reliable protection against theft and unauthorized access. The TT-84 labels are supplied on rolls of 250 pieces and are available directly from stock in three sizes: 19 x 50 mm, 19 x 100 mm, and 30 x 78 mm. Each label has a unique, single-issued serial number.

Permanent anti-fraud layer for maximum security

The TT-84 label is composed of two layers connected by a specially developed acrylic adhesive. After application (with a bonding time of 15–20 minutes), the layers adhere permanently to the surface. When the label is peeled off, the layers separate and reveal the message “VOID/OPEN”. This warning remains permanently visible on both the label and the surface. Reapplication is impossible, ensuring that tampering is immediately noticeable. The TT-84 belongs to the Total-Transfer category, meaning the lower layer stays on the surface and cannot be removed. For applications where no adhesive residue is desired, the ZT-88 label is a suitable alternative.

Strong adhesion on various surfaces

The specialized adhesive makes the TT-84 labels suitable for use on cardboard, plastic, and paper. The lower layer firmly bonds to the surface, while the upper layer lifts away upon removal, leaving a clear “VOID/OPEN” message in both layers to indicate tampering.

Temperature resistance from -10°C to +40°C

Manufactured from high-quality materials, these labels remain effective across a wide temperature range—from cold storage facilities to warm distribution centers. For extreme temperature conditions, the Label Lock High Residue label is recommended, which withstands temperatures from -30°C to +70°C.
