CargoPlus Dunnage Bags are high quality air bags designed to stabilise cargo safely during transport. With their robust construction, innovative valve and AAR certification, they are suitable for use in containers, trailers and especially for rail transport in Canada and the United States.

Level 1 AAR certified for international transport

All CargoPlus Dunnage Bags are Level 1 certified by the Association of American Railroads (AAR). This means they meet strict standards for strength, durability and reliability. The certification makes them suitable for international long distance transport, including rail shipments in North America.

Available in multiple sizes and applications

Four models are available:

• CargoPlus 912: 90 x 120 cm, suitable for pallets up to 1 metre high and narrower spaces (maximum 35 cm)

• CargoPlus 918: 90 x 180 cm, for higher or stacked pallets, also with 35 cm spacing

• CargoPlus 1218: 120 x 180 cm, for wider gaps up to 55 cm, along the length of Euro pallets

• CargoPlus 1221: 120 x 210 cm, the largest version, for tall loads and maximum support

This variety allows for the right bag size to be used for every cargo configuration and loading space.

Reusable with innovative valve

Each dunnage bag is equipped with a specially developed valve for quick inflation and deflation. This allows the bags to be reused two to three times, provided they are checked for damage before reuse. For best performance, it is recommended to place the bags at least 10 cm above the ground.

Strong double layer construction

CargoPlus Dunnage Bags are made from a woven polypropylene outer layer (85 g/m²) and an airtight polyethylene inner layer (72 micron). They can withstand a maximum pressure of 0.55 bar and are designed for long term use in demanding transport conditions.

Use only with Cargo Air Gun

For inflation, a Cargo Air Gun is required (not included). This air gun is equipped with an overpressure valve and is compatible with compressors featuring a ¼ inch connection.
