CargoSecure Dunnage Bags are reliable and reusable air cushions specifically designed to stabilise cargo during transport. These bags are available in multiple sizes and suitable for use in containers, trailers and trucks.

Flexible ordering from 10 pieces

Unlike many other dunnage bag types, CargoSecure Dunnage Bags can be ordered from as few as 10 pieces. This makes them ideal for smaller inventories or trial shipments. For larger quantities, full pallets are available at a highly competitive unit price.

The right size for every pallet and space

Four models are available:

• CargoSecure 912: 90 x 120 cm, suitable for low pallets placed widthwise with gaps up to 35 cm

• CargoSecure 918: 90 x 180 cm, for higher or stacked pallets, also with gaps up to 35 cm

• CargoSecure 1218: 120 x 180 cm, suitable for use lengthwise along pallets with gaps up to 55 cm

• CargoSecure 1221: 120 x 210 cm, the largest version for tall or heavily loaded pallets, with gaps up to 55 cm

These sizes are tailored to standard Euro pallet dimensions, making it easy to secure cargo tightly and safely.

Reusable and easy to use

Each CargoSecure Dunnage Bag is equipped with a special valve that allows quick filling and deflation. With proper use, the bags can be reused two to three times. For a longer lifespan, it is recommended to position the bags at least 10 cm above the floor during use.

Made from strong materials

The bags consist of two layers: a durable woven polypropylene outer layer (72 g/m²) and an airtight polyethylene inner layer (55 micron). This combination keeps the bags airtight and stable, even during long transport. The maximum pressure is 0.46 bar, ensuring reliable performance under load.

Use with the Cargo Air Gun

For inflation, the Cargo Air Gun is required. This air gun features an overpressure valve and works with compressors equipped with a ¼ inch connection. For intensive use, a compressor with a power output of 2 to 4 HP and a capacity of 500 litres per minute is recommended.
