The Retaining Strap 0.25 T is the lightest retaining strap in the range, with an LC of 250 daN. The 25 mm wide strap is pulled tight by hand and secured with a cam buckle. It is intended for bundling and securing light loads, such as bundles of profiles, hoses or cables, and small boxes. The strap is also available in a custom colour and with a company name or logo.
Besides the standard blue version, the strap is available in yellow, orange, red, white, black, green, grey or purple. A company name or logo can be printed on the strap itself and on the label. A different length is also possible. Lead time is 2 weeks. For large quantities, it is advisable to check the exact lead time with customer service.
According to EN 12195-2, the strap may absorb a maximum of 250 daN in use. A decanewton (daN) is a unit of force and roughly equals 1 kg, so this means a pulling force of around 250 kg. For heavier loads, there are the Retaining Strap 0.35 T and the Retaining Strap 0.70 T.
The Retaining Strap 0.25 T is the only retaining strap also available in 2.5 metres, alongside 5 metres. With 2.5 metres, little loose strap is left over when bundling small loads. The 5 metre strap goes around larger loads or over a load on a trailer.
