The Sealing Plier (NZT-1P)

The NZT-1P sealing plier is an essential tool for crimping lead seals securely. The plier features blank upper and lower dies with a diameter of 10 mm or 12 mm, depending on your choice. The dies can also be engraved with a company name, logo, or identification mark. When the plier is used to close the seal, the engraving is pressed into the lead, creating a unique and tamper-evident impression.

The Sealing Wire

The set includes a 90-meter spool of Sealing Wire 50/30. This wire is made of two galvanized steel strands, a 0.5 mm core wire wrapped with a 0.3 mm outer strand, which provides excellent grip inside the lead seal. The wire can be cut to any desired length, ensuring flexibility for different sealing tasks.

The Lead Seals

The set also includes traditional lead seals with a diameter of 8 mm or 10 mm. Lead is a soft metal that requires minimal force to crimp securely around the twisted sealing wire. The 8 mm version is the most commonly used, while the larger 10 mm variant is suitable for heavier applications. These lead seals are ideal for securing meters, barrels, and other technical equipment.
