The Swift Seal Nylon is an exceptionally strong plastic seal made from high-grade Nylon PA 6.6, making it more than twice as strong as the standard Universal Seal. With a breaking strength of 35 kg, this seal cannot be opened by hand and can only be cut with pliers. The smooth 2.3 mm tail makes application easy, even through narrow openings. Thanks to its high wear resistance, temperature tolerance, and chemical durability, the Swift Seal is ideal for use in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and transport industries.

High-Quality Nylon (PA 6.6) with Metal Locking Mechanism

The Swift Seal Nylon is made of PA 6.6, also known as Nylon 6.6, a material recognized for its rigidity, toughness, and temperature resistance. The seal remains reliable at temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and withstands short heat peaks up to 256°C. The internal locking mechanism contains a metal insert with hook-shaped teeth, allowing the tail to move only in one direction and preventing opening without visible damage.

Despite its thin 2.3 mm tail, the Swift Seal boasts an impressive breaking strength of 35 kg. This makes it suitable for applications involving high tension or pressure, such as sealing roll containers or IBC tanks. The smooth tail and ridged end allow for easy sealing, even when wearing gloves.

Requires Tools for Removal

Due to its strong nylon composition, the Swift Seal cannot be opened by hand. Unlike lighter indicative seals, such as the Universal Seal (15 kg breaking strength), the Swift Seal requires cutting pliers for removal. This makes it ideal for applications where additional security and tamper prevention are essential.

In addition to the standard 350 mm length, a longer 550 mm version is also available.
