Description

The Universal Seal is a versatile plastic security seal featuring a smooth tail with a thickness of only 2.3 mm. Thanks to its slim design, the seal is easy to apply, even in tight openings. It is available in three lengths: Small (20.5 cm), Medium (28 cm), and Large (39 cm). The Universal Seal is ideal for applications requiring flexibility, strength, and clear readability, such as sealing tankers, IBC containers, and collection boxes.

Smooth Tail and Stainless Steel Locking Mechanism

The smooth tail design allows the Universal Seal to pass easily through narrow openings without snagging. Small ridges at the end provide extra grip when tightening. The locking mechanism features a stainless steel ring with hook-shaped teeth that permit movement in only one direction, making reopening impossible without breaking the seal. Reuse is prevented, ensuring maximum reliability.

Strong and Flexible Polypropylene (PP) Construction

The Universal Seal is made of high-quality Polypropylene (PP), a material known for its combination of strength and flexibility. PP is resistant to most chemicals and performs well in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. This makes the seal suitable for use in demanding environments, including the chemical and food industries.

Each Universal Seal is laser-printed in white on a black background for optimal readability. Every seal includes a unique, sequential serial number produced only once to prevent reuse or fraud. Standard versions are available from stock with markings “UMS”, “UM”, or “UML”. Customization with a company logo, name, or specific color is available upon request.
