The Universal Seal with barcode is a versatile plastic security seal featuring a smooth 2.3 mm tail and an integrated 128C barcode for fast and error-free registration. By combining a unique serial number with a scannable code, administrative processing becomes faster and more reliable. The seal is available in two lengths: Medium (28 cm) and Large (39 cm), making it ideal for sealing tankers, IBC containers, and collection boxes.

128C Barcode for Accurate Registration

The Universal Seal is equipped with a 128C barcode printed on the flag of the seal. This barcode matches the unique serial number that is also visible in plain text. Each seal can therefore be verified manually or scanned electronically. The 128C barcode format is compatible with nearly all standard barcode scanners, eliminating the risk of registration errors.

Strong Seal with Smooth Tail

The Universal Seal has a 2.3 mm diameter and a smooth tail, allowing easy insertion through narrow openings without scratching or damaging surfaces. Subtle ridges at the end provide extra grip when tightening, ensuring a secure fit.

Reliable Stainless Steel Locking Mechanism

The internal locking mechanism consists of a stainless steel ring with hook-shaped teeth. This design ensures that the tail can only move in one direction and cannot be pulled back once inserted, preventing reuse and offering reliable tamper evidence.

Durable Polypropylene (PP) Construction

The Universal Seal with barcode is made from high-quality Polypropylene (PP), a material resistant to most chemicals and capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°C to +80°C.
