Despite its high strength, the seal can be easily opened by hand thanks to its integrated tear-away strip. The ID Seal 600 is ideal for sealing mailbags, big bags, and even trees. Each seal features a unique imprint and sequential numbering that are produced only once, preventing fraud and reuse.

Extra-Long and Durable Design

With a 600 mm sealing tail, the ID Seal 600 is perfect for applications where both length and flexibility are essential. The tail has a diameter of 4 mm and features small ribs at the end to provide additional grip when tightening. Despite its extended length, the seal is easy to handle and apply, even while wearing gloves.

High Breaking Strength with Stainless Steel Lock

The ID Seal 600 combines strength with ease of use, offering a 25 kg breaking strength. It is made from high-quality Polypropylene (PP), known for its rigidity, chemical resistance, and temperature tolerance from -40°C to +80°C. The internal locking mechanism, made from stainless steel (RVS), ensures secure sealing resistant to moisture, UV exposure, and harsh outdoor conditions.

Reliable Hooked Locking Mechanism

The locking section of the ID Seal features a stainless steel hook insert that grips the sealing tail firmly in place. The tail can only move in one direction and cannot be pulled back without visible damage, ensuring complete tamper resistance. Arrows on the back of the lock clearly indicate the correct direction for insertion.

Tear-Away Strip for Easy Removal

Despite its high breaking strength, the ID Seal 600 can be easily opened by hand using the integrated tear-away strip. With a quick and controlled motion, the seal can be removed without tools — making it highly practical for inspections, emergency situations, or applications requiring quick access.

Excellent Grip and Secure Closure

The inner surface of the sealing tail features fine teeth that grip tightly to the sealed surface, preventing slippage even under tension or movement. This ensures a strong and secure closure for every application.

Each ID Seal 600 comes with a unique imprint reading “SEALED DO NOT REMOVE” and sequential numbering laser-etched for permanent visibility.
