Slim Tail and Flexible Design

The sealing tail of the LPT has a diameter of 2.5 mm, making it thinner than the Medium Duty Pull Tight Seal (2.8 mm). This slim profile offers additional flexibility, allowing the seal to be threaded easily through small openings. Despite its thin design, the seal is strong enough to prevent tampering or reuse.

Delrin® Insert for Reliable Closure

The locking mechanism of the Light Duty Pull Tight Seal features an insert made of Delrin®, a patented acetal (POM) plastic that serves as a metal alternative. This material is strong, wear-resistant, and capable of withstanding temperatures from -40°C to +120°C. Delrin® prevents wear or particle contamination, making the seal suitable for food processing and medical environments.

Manufactured from HDPE Plastic

The LPT is made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), a material known for its strength, stiffness, and chemical resistance. The seal remains reliable at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C and retains its flexibility, ensuring ease of use in various conditions.
