The Medium Duty Pull Tight Seal is the most widely used pull-tight seal in the Navacqs range. This reliable plastic seal is strong enough to withstand tension (12 kg breaking strength) but can still be broken by hand with moderate force. Thanks to its durable design, high-quality materials, and food-safe construction, the MPT is suitable for a wide variety of applications in logistics, transportation, and industry.

Multifunctional 25 cm Seal

The Medium Duty Pull Tight Seal measures 25 cm (10 inches) in length and is designed for general use. Its compact size and flexibility make it ideal for sealing trucks, drums, couplings, and other logistical applications. With a breaking strength between the lighter Light Duty Pull Tight Seal (7 kg) and the heavier Heavy Duty Pull Tight Seal (22 kg), the MPT offers the perfect balance between security and convenience.

Strong Tail with 12 kg Breaking Strength

The MPT features a sealing tail with a diameter of 2.8 mm, making it easy to insert through narrow openings while providing sufficient tensile strength for everyday use. The HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) construction ensures rigidity, durability, and resistance to temperatures from -40°C to +80°C.

Delrin® Insert for Hygiene and Food Safety

The MPT’s locking mechanism contains a Delrin® insert, a patented acetal (POM)-based plastic. This material replaces metal components and prevents the release of small particles through friction, making the seal suitable for food processing and medical applications. Delrin® is also exceptionally strong and heat-resistant up to +120°C, extending the seal’s lifespan.

The combination of HDPE and Delrin® makes the Medium Duty Pull Tight Seal resistant to chemicals, moisture, and UV radiation. This ensures long-lasting effectiveness even in outdoor environments. Its flexible design allows the seal to be securely tightened, providing both physical integrity and visual tamper evidence.

Unique Marking and Customization

Each MPT seal comes with the standard imprint “MPT 10 SEALED” and a unique serial number produced only once. This guarantees traceability and prevents fraud. The seal can be customized with your company logo, name, or barcode and is available in various colors upon request.
