This unique construction allows it to function both as a one-time-use container seal and as a physical container lock. The New Fork Seal is particularly suitable for securing containers carrying valuable cargo. It has been tested and ISO 17712:2013 certified by the independent U.S. testing institute Dayton T. Brown. Each seal is laser-marked with the imprint “SEALED” and a unique serial number.

Dual Security System: Seal and Lock in One

The New Fork Seal combines two essential safety functions: it meets all the requirements of a High Security container seal while simultaneously serving as a physical lock. The steel bracket is placed over the container door rods and secured with the Bolt Seal. The notched design ensures a tight fit without any play, while the metal plates on either side block access to the bolt, preventing tampering or removal.

Patented Anti-Spin Design Against Manipulation

Equipped with a patented anti-spin system, the New Fork Seal prevents the Bolt Seal from being unscrewed with tools such as drills. The locking mechanism and steel pin are fully enclosed within the bracket and metal plates, making them inaccessible without visible damage. The bracket itself cannot be cut with bolt cutters; only the use of a grinder can break it.

The New Fork Seal is officially ISO 17712:2013 certified and tested for tensile strength, tamper resistance, and product quality. The Dayton T. Brown laboratory has verified both the product and its manufacturing process for compliance with the High Security Seal standard. The engraved “H” marking on the seal confirms its classification. As a result, the New Fork Seal meets the strict security requirements of global customs and transport safety programs.
