The Twist Seal is a reliable and user-friendly alternative to traditional lead seals and sealing wire. This seal is ideal for gas, electricity, and water meters and consists of a transparent body, a plastic-coated galvanized steel wire (300 mm), and a colored plastic locking cylinder. When the yellow cylinder is twisted, both wire ends are securely clamped inside the housing, making removal impossible without visible damage. After sealing, the yellow tab is broken off to prevent tampering. Each Twist Seal is laser-marked with a unique number for easy registration and enhanced security.

Tamper evidence through transparent housing

The clear body of the Twist Seal provides full visibility of the locking mechanism. Any tampering attempt is immediately noticeable. The internal cylinder rotates in only one direction, ensuring the seal cannot be loosened or reopened without breaking.

Tamper prevention via break-off tab

Once the seal is locked, the yellow tab on the outer housing must be broken off. This prevents any undetected adjustments and guarantees the integrity of the seal during long-term use.

The built-in galvanized steel wire has a length of 300 mm and a 1 mm diameter, coated with plastic for added flexibility and corrosion resistance. This design ensures reliability even in humid or industrial environments.

Thanks to the thin 1 mm wire, it fits easily through narrow openings.
