The Pull Tite 300 is similar to the FS-300 Fire Hose Reel Seal, but unlike that model, it cannot be fully tightened. This ensures that the seal remains clearly visible and easy to inspect. Fire hose reels are inspected annually by certified professionals. After approval, the Pull Tite 300 is attached as proof that the reel has been checked and is safe to use. The seal also serves as a security measure, as the reel should only be operated in emergencies.
