The Andis 1100 Kingpin Lock secures trailers and semi trailers with a standard 2 inch kingpin. This SCM Heavy certified lock features an integrated Abloy® Protec² cylinder and provides maximum protection against theft. With its robust housing, rubber handle and shielded cylinder, the lock is easy to install and well protected against tampering and weather conditions. It is supplied as standard with two keys and a unique key certificate for ordering replacements.
The Andis 1100 Kingpin Lock holds the highest KIWA SCM certification: Heavy Duty. This means it meets the requirements of leading transport insurers, including TVM. The lock ranks among the most secure trailer locks on the market and is designed for long term and intensive use. Regular cleaning with a lubricant such as Brunox or WD40 extends its service life and keeps the lock operating smoothly.
All KIWA SCM approved locks undergo extensive testing by an independent body. The Andis 1100 Kingpin Lock is equipped with a high quality Abloy® Protec² cylinder built into a heavy steel housing. This prevents access to critical components when the lock is mounted. The cylinder features an anti drill disc and is supplied with two keys that cannot be duplicated without the key certificate. This ensures security and allows additional keys to be ordered safely through Navacqs.
The lock is specifically designed for trailers and semi trailers equipped with a 2 inch kingpin. Once installed, the trailer can no longer be coupled to a tractor unit. This provides an effective barrier against theft or unauthorised movement.
Keys for the Andis 1100 Kingpin Lock can only be supplied through Navacqs or Abloy®. Because the key contains a rotating ball, duplication is impossible, even with 3D printing. To order additional keys, the key certificate is required, as it contains the key number and patent number. The certificate should therefore be stored safely.
The Andis 1100 is supplied with two identical keys. On request, multiple locks can be supplied keyed alike so one key can open several locks. The lock can also be integrated into a master key system in which individual locks have their own key while a master key opens all locks in the system.

The lock is fitted onto the kingpin of a trailer or semi-trailer. As long as the lock is on the kingpin, the trailer cannot be coupled to a tractor unit. This prevents theft of the entire trailer.
