The Ratchet Strap 10 T is the strongest and most durable strap in the Navacqs range. With a strap width of 75 mm and a breaking strength of up to 10,000 daN, it is perfectly suited for safely securing large and heavy loads during transport. Available in lengths of 9 or 10 meters, it offers flexibility when fastening cargo with multiple anchor points.
Thanks to its wide strap and extended length, this Ratchet Strap provides maximum grip and stability. The wider surface distributes pressure more evenly across the load, reducing the risk of damage. It is ideal for applications in construction, transport, and industrial environments.
The combination of a strong ratchet and claw hooks ensures a firm and reliable connection. The hooks easily engage with anchor points, while the ratchet allows precise tightening. This guarantees safety and ease of use, even when securing bulky or heavy objects.
With a breaking strength of 5,000 daN for straight tension and 10,000 daN when looped around the load, this Ratchet Strap is suitable for securing heavy-duty cargo such as machinery, building materials, or large constructions.
Designed for intensive use in sectors where safety and reliability are critical, such as heavy transport, construction, and industrial applications.
The Ratchet Strap 10 T is available in various colors, lengths, and with personalized printing. Add your company logo or text, or choose a custom label layout. Navacqs offers tailor-made solutions to match your specific requirements.
You use a 10-tonne strap for heavy cargo with high forces during transport, such as large machinery, steel structures or heavy pallets.
It's not just about the weight, but also the forces during braking or swerving. The heavier the cargo, the greater these forces become.
For example: heavy machinery on a low-loader can push forward during an emergency stop. The strap needs to absorb that extra force without stretching or coming loose.
A wider strap spreads the force over a larger surface area of the cargo. This lowers the pressure per centimetre.
With a narrow strap, the same force lands on a smaller surface. This increases the risk of:
cutting into cardboard, wood or plastic
deforming edges
the strap shifting during transport
For example: when securing a heavy pallet of boxes, a wide strap prevents the top boxes from denting or getting damaged.
A longer strap is needed when the cargo is larger, or when you want to use multiple attachment points.
This applies, for example, to:
long cargo such as beams or pipes
tall cargo that needs to be fully wrapped
trailers with attachment points spaced further apart
With a strap that's too short, you can't fully wrap the cargo or reach the attachment points. A longer strap gives you room to position it correctly and build up enough tension.
