The Ratchet Strap 2 T features a 35 mm strap width and a total length of 6 meters, combining compact dimensions with impressive strength. It is ideal for securing medium-sized loads that require stability and firm tension. The length provides sufficient flexibility for securing various goods on trucks, trailers, or transport vehicles. Made from high-quality polyester, the strap is resistant to wear, moisture, and UV radiation, ensuring long-lasting performance even under outdoor conditions.
This Ratchet Strap consists of two parts: a ratchet section with claw hooks and a separate strap section with one claw hook. The ratchet allows precise tensioning and secure locking, keeping the cargo firmly in place. The claw hooks enable quick attachment to anchor points, while the professional ratchet provides smooth operation for easy tightening and releasing. The Ratchet Strap 2 T combines user-friendliness with dependable performance.
The strap offers a breaking strength of 1,000 daN in straight tension and 2,000 daN when looped around the load. This makes it ideal for safely securing medium-duty cargo such as furniture, construction materials, or machinery. It complies with the European standard EN 12195-2 and is tested on a tensile bench to ensure optimal strength and safety.
This Ratchet Strap is perfect for logistics, construction, and transport sectors, as well as for private use. It is ideal for securing larger furniture, equipment, or other loads where stability and safety are essential.
The Ratchet Strap 2 T comes standard in blue but can be fully customized to your preferences. Choose from various colors and lengths, and add your company name or logo for a professional appearance. Navacqs offers full customization options to meet your specific operational needs.
You use a 2-tonne strap for medium-heavy cargo where more force is needed to prevent movement.
For example:
sofas, cabinets or white goods
machinery on a trailer
bundles of wood or metal profiles
With this kind of cargo, the weight or shape can cause it to shift. A lighter strap won't hold that back sufficiently.
A wider strap spreads the pressure over a larger area of the cargo.
You notice this in practice with:
wooden boards or furniture (fewer indentations)
plastic or cardboard packaging (less damage)
smooth cargo (more grip)
When securing, for example, a cabinet, the strap stays more stable and shifts less easily than a narrower strap.
Straps can be customized in length, colour and print. During production, the strap can be fitted with, for example, a logo or text.
This is used for:
recognizability of equipment on site
distinguishing between departments or projects
preventing mix-ups or loss
The label with technical data can also be tailored to the application.
