Using this tool, the seal can easily be rolled and pressed securely around sealing wire or cord. Each Roll Tin Seal is individually numbered with a one-time unique serial number, ensuring full traceability. Optional customization with a company name or logo is available.

Rolling tin seals is one of the most traditional sealing methods, especially common in Belgium and among customs authorities. The combination of a Roll Tin Seal and sealing wire or cord forms a durable, tamper-evident closure that has been trusted for decades.

Proven reliability: the seal rolls closed

This sealing method has been used for many years and is well known for its reliability. To apply the seal, the sealing wire is first twisted several times to create extra grip. The twisted section is placed inside the Roll Tin Seal, which is then inserted into the NZT-2 press. When the handles are squeezed, the tin rolls tightly around the wire and compresses it securely. Once closed, it cannot be opened without visible damage. The result is a strong, permanent seal that effectively prevents tampering.

Suitable for sealing meters and technical installations

Roll Tin Seals are ideal for sealing gas, water, and electricity meters, as well as technical installations and industrial equipment. The thin sealing wire fits easily through narrow openings, and wire length can be adjusted as needed. For safety reasons, installation may only be carried out by certified technicians and with permission from the relevant authority.

Unique, one-time numbering for full traceability

Each Roll Tin Seal is supplied with a unique ascending number, produced only once. Both Navacqs and the manufacturer guarantee that every number combination is unique. This numbering can be recorded during sealing to improve traceability and prevent fraud or manipulation.
