HDPE sample bottles

HDPE sample bottles are lightweight, shatter resistant and chemically resistant. These bottles are suitable for samples that must not react with their container, such as acids, bases and aqueous solutions. They are white in colour to protect light sensitive contents and are supplied with matching black caps.

Buying plastic vials

Navacqs offers HDPE sample bottles in 500 ml and 1000 ml sizes. The 500 ml bottle is supplied per 144 pieces, and the 1000 ml bottle per 84 pieces. Both bottle types come with caps supplied in a separate box. HDPE bottles are kept in stock and delivered as a complete package. For loose bottles or caps, please contact us.

Types of plastic bottles

The 500 ml HDPE bottle has a DIN 51 opening, a width of 77 mm and a height of 145 mm. Weighing 35 grams, this bottle is lightweight yet sturdy. The 1000 ml variant is larger, with a width of 100 mm, a height of 191 mm and a weight of 60 grams. Both bottles are chemically inert and equipped with a strong screw thread for a leak proof seal. Chemically inert means that the material does not react with the contents, ensuring that samples remain pure and unaffected.
