Fire extinguishers

After the annual inspection by a certified body, a fire extinguisher is sealed, so it's immediately visible whether it has remained unused since. Because the extinguisher may only be used in emergencies, the seal prevents accidental or improper use. A seal for this application needs to meet a few requirements: a low breaking strength, usually 4 to 6 kg, so it can be broken quickly by hand in an emergency, and a unique sequential number for traceability.
