Metal Seals
Navacqs Metal Seals are made from galvanized or plastic-coated steel wire. Due to their material composition, they achieve an average breaking strength of around 50 kg, making manual removal impossible. Despite their strength, these seals can be applied easily without tools; a cutting tool is only required for removal. Each seal is permanently marked with a unique serial number that is produced only once, ensuring full traceability and immediate detection of tampering.
The Navacqs range includes three core models: the Tyden Ball Seal with its classic locking ball mechanism, the Metal Flat End Seal Guard Lock with a patented closure design, and the Twist Seal with a transparent housing and plastic-coated wire cable.
Applications
The Tyden Ball Seal and Metal Flat End Seal are designed for securing TIR cables and trailer doors. The Tyden Ball Seal is customs-approved for road transport within the EU.
The Twist Seal, featuring a transparent body and plastic-coated wire, is ideal for securing gas, water, and electricity meters, as well as compact technical equipment. All three models are resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations, ensuring the integrity of the seal during transit and use.
Breaking Strength
Metal band seals typically have a breaking strength between 45 and 52 kilograms. The Tyden Ball Seal achieves approximately 52 kg, while the Metal Flat End Seal Guard Lock reaches about 45 kg. The Twist Seal derives its strength from its unique internal clamping mechanism around the wire cable. In all cases, a heavy-duty cutter or bolt shear is required for removal.
Custom Printing and Branding
All Navacqs Metal Seals come standard with a basic imprint and unique numbering. For orders of 1,000 pieces or more, seals can be customized with a company name, logo, or customs/TIR identification number.
The Twist Seal can be ordered with a colored internal locking insert, while the Tyden Ball Seal and Metal Flat End Seal can be customized with a personalized print. For example a company name or other unique characteristics. Production begins upon approval of the artwork, ensuring a security seal that is both safe and uniquely identifiable.
