Models such as the Cable Seal 350 and Cable Seal 500 feature thick steel cables (3.5 mm and 5.0 mm respectively) that require heavy-duty cutting tools for removal. Each seal is uniquely numbered and equipped with a robust aluminum body and a one-way locking mechanism, ensuring secure and irreversible sealing.
Steel Cable Seals
Every cable seal consists of two main components: a high-strength aluminum body and a multi-strand steel cable. The cable is inserted through a one-direction locking system that prevents withdrawal once engaged. Any attempt to tamper with the seal causes the steel cable to fray, providing visible evidence of interference and making reuse impossible. This construction makes steel cable seals ideal for applications requiring high reliability, traceability, and compliance with international transport standards.
Cable Seal Sizes
Navacqs supplies cable seals in various cable diameters and strengths. The thinnest version, the Cable Seal 150, has a 1.5 mm diameter and cannot be removed by hand. The cable is composed of multiple braided steel strands with a reinforced core. As the diameter increases, so does the breaking strength, with the 5.0 mm model offering the highest level of protection. This broad range allows you to select the ideal seal for each specific application.

The cable cutters and bolt cutters are specifically designed for cutting ISO-certified seals quickly and safely, without damaging equipment or packaging. All Navacqs cable seals come with a unique serial number and permanent marking, eliminating the possibility of tampering or reuse.
